What happens to what you send
Effective October 18, 2026.
Short and plain. Venue AI is a working name for a service run by Ricardo Uzcategui in San Francisco. This covers the feedback form on our home page.
What the form sends
When you press Send, the form sends what you typed: your name, your role, your business, your email or phone, your two answers and the page language. Name, business and email or phone are optional.
It's stored in our database on Supabase.
How we use it
We only use it to read your answers and reply to you.
What we don't do
We don't sell it or share it, except with the providers below that store and deliver it for us. Supabase stores it for us, and our web host keeps standard server logs, like IP addresses, for security. If you use the email fallback, your message goes through your email provider and ours (Gmail).
No analytics, ads or cookies. The site saves your language and theme choice in your browser, and that's all.
We don't track you across other sites, so browser Do Not Track signals don't change anything here.
The services and consulting pages and the demo don't collect anything.
